SWE Fitness Schedule

All classes are via Zoom.

Monday 6:00 pm Pilates: Perfect for all levels of fitness. Focus on strengthening the core. (This class in non-impact/no jumping)
Tuesday 4:30 pm Yoga for EveryBody 40 min. (This class is on the mat and standing.)
Wednesday 8:30 am Chair Combo class that includes Tai Chi, Qi Gong and yoga. Seated and suitable for all levels of fitness. Focus on relaxation.
Friday 8:25 am Stretch and Relax (This class is on a mat the whole time.)
Friday 9:00 am Chair aerobics and balance (This class is exercise while sitting in a chair. In addition to the cardio it’s a great ab and arm workout. Try it, you’ll be surprised!)
Sunday 9:50 am Pilates (Great session for toning the abs and supporting the back)
Sunday 10:30 am Yoga for EveryBody (This class is on the mat and standing.)

Classes are 30 minutes unless noted and Central Standard Time

All classes $15 each.

Payment due prior to admittance to class.

*Recorded classes vary each month in format and time beginning the first day of the month, ending the last day of the month.  At least one Yoga will be included.
